People Operations Business Partner We are seeking a seasoned People Operations professional with both federal contracting experience and Paylocity expertise .
The People Operations Business Partner's responsibilities shall include but not be limited to :
- Assisting with the development and maintenance of the employee handbook and other policies and procedures
- Participating in recruiting and onboarding processes
- Serving as a point person for benefits management and open enrollment
- Playing a key role in People Operations initiatives such as learning and professional development, employee relations and coaching, employee engagement, employer branding etc.
- Optimizing the company's use of Paylocity and serving as a primary system administrator
- Serving as a compliance and risk management expert, particularly as it relates to government contracting and audit requirements
Requirements : Required Experience
Salary at S&P is determined by various factors, including but not limited to the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $130,000 - $150,000 (annualized USD). This represents the estimated salary range for this position and is not a guarantee of compensation. Additionally, S&P’s total compensation package also includes medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance, 401K, holidays, and paid time off. This posting will remain open for 120 days or until filled.
