Our premier National Enterprise Accounts team is rooted in delivering Operational Excellence to drive Growth and stimulate Retention. Leveraging deep levels of data analytics - we evaluate, create, and execute Business Strategies that combine Customer Requirements with Mastermind / S&P Mobility capabilities. We forge new paths with an entrepreneurial mindset and remain focused on driving the absolute highest level of Customer Experience in automotive.
Overview of Responsibilities :
- Identifying key corporate level contacts within target automotive groups and building and maintaining relationships with them.
- Provide leadership in Major Account Management with a focus on Marketing, Sales, and Retention.
- Actively grow major accounts leveraging our evolving technological capabilities. Strive to increase market share and revenue within these major accounts.
- Develop and execute forward thinking Account Engagement Strategies designed to meet internal and client facing goals.
- Continually identify, execute, and refine cross-organizational processes to support the ongoing enhancement of automotiveMastermind, its product development, and client-facing strategies.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to stimulate solution-based cooperation for solving client challenges.
- Propose pro-active initiatives to maximize commercial opportunities by leveraging the growing automotiveMastermind product set.
- Successfully identify client’s business goals and objectives through business analysis and focused evaluation of KPIs.
- Report on full portfolio of automotiveMastermind product set including KPI’s, open initiatives, product roadmaps, etc. to stimulate utilization of our technologies.
- Develop and execute actionable insights, best practices, thought leadership, and industry trends via regular Quarterly Business Reviews.
- Collaborate with Business Development and Dealer Relations teams to deliver high level execution of Mastermind’s expected levels of service.

Expected Hours of Work :
This is a full-time position. Generally, work is performed Monday through Friday, though holidays and weekends may be required. Up to 50% travel may be required.
