Title: Event Planner / Meeting Producer

Type: 3-month Contract (Now through 6/4ish)

Location: Spokane, WA

Hourly/Contract Rate: $35-$38/hour, depending on experience.

Summary:

Our client is looking to hire a contractor to run day-of events and pre-event planning!

Qualifications & Requirements:

• 4 years of experience managing overall event schedules and developing workback plans.
• 4 years of experience assigning, monitoring, and ensuring all event work items are completed on time.
• 4 years of experience reviewing and enhancing content and providing feedback.
• 4 years of experience creating PowerPoint visuals and enhancing content for interactive experiences.
• 4 years of experience with A/V and video editing.
• Strong ability to troubleshoot and escalate quickly as needed.
• Strong experience in building run of show.
• Strong experience in managing day of run of show and supporting presenters.

Responsibilities:

• Manage overall event schedules and develop workback plans.
• Assign, monitor, and ensure all event work items are completed on time.
• Review and enhance content and provide feedback.
• Create PowerPoint visuals and enhance content for interactive experiences.
• Manage video editing and A/V.
• Troubleshoot issues and escalate quickly as needed.
• Build run of show.
• Manage day of run of show and support presenters.
