Duration : Until 06 / 30 / 2025 (Possible extensions)
Shift Hours : Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 6 PM, with potential Saturday work once a quarter
Job Description :
The Help Desk Analyst provides technical support and assistance to end users for hardware, software, and systems. Responsibilities include troubleshooting issues, password resets, application support, and escalations to higher-level support. The role requires excellent customer service skills and the ability to work well in a team environment. The position is primarily phone-based and requires strong communication and organizational skills.
Requirements :
- 1 years of IT Service Desk and / or Call Center experience
- Experience with call tracking and ticketing software
- Basic knowledge of Active Directory
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows 7 and Office 365
- Ability to provide excellent customer service
- Local candidates preferred
