Work Location : Mechanicsburg, PA (Onsite; Remote optional after 6 months based on performance)
Job Summary :
Seeking a System Administrator with expertise in ServiceNow, VMware Workspace ONE, and IT asset management . The role involves supporting IT asset lifecycles, troubleshooting hardware / software , and implementing process improvements.
Key Responsibilities :
- Maintain and track IT assets, including surplus equipment and chain-of-custody documentation.
- Process ServiceNow Asset Management module updates and reconcile inventory reports.
- Provide Level 2 troubleshooting for PC hardware, software, and peripherals.
- Utilize SCCM for imaging and reporting hardware / software inventory.
- Manage VMware VDI environments and AirWatch Workspace ONE for device administration.
- Support video conferencing setups and resolve related issues.
- Create technical documentation for staff and end users.
- Coordinate IT asset installations, relocations, upgrades, and replacements.
