- Perform audit and assurance services, including the completion of audit, review and compilation workpapers and preparation of financial statements
- Maintain ongoing communication with firm management, keeping stakeholders apprised of fieldwork status
- Identify and communicate accounting and taxation matters to supervisors, managers and partners, as appropriate
- Accurately prepare a variety of reports for management’s review, using established firm policies, procedures, and templates
- Maintain and develop existing relationships by providing exceptional client service
- Effectively work independently, as well as within a team, both in-person and in a remote environment
- Availability to travel to clients based on client assignments; out of town travel is less than 25% of the total travel
- Must have degree in accounting
- CPA or CPA Candidate
- 2-3 years’ auditing experience (auditing nonprofit organizations a plus)
- Strong attention to detail and critical thinking
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Highly organized and good time management skills with a focus on multi-tasking and prioritization
