Our client seeks a driven, Talent Acquisition Partner!
This Talent Acquisition Partner is a 6-month contract position starting immediately, where you will make up to $50/hour, depending on your experience. Plus, enjoy an excellent benefits package. You will work Monday-Friday daytime hours in a hybrid office setting.
As Talent Acquisition Partner, some of your responsibilities include:
- Ownership of full cycle recruiting strategy
- Establishing recruitment processes
- Educating and consulting with hiring managers and HR peers
- Executing best practices
- Sourcing, interviewing and presenting candidates
- Providing reporting to monitor and measure effectiveness
- Building relationships with applicants and past employees
- Recruiting for Internship Program
- Managing all job descriptions within the company
- Other duties as assigned
To be considered, you must have at least four (4) years related experience. You must also:
- Bachelor’s Degree in human resources, business or other related
- 4 years of related experience
- Experience recruiting with proven track record of successfully identifying talent
- Have proven track record of supporting leaders
- Demonstrated ability to work with all level of leaders
- Experience with applicant tracking system
- Expert negotiation skills
- Ability to handle pressure
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written
- Have outstanding professionalism
- Ability to analyze information and make recommendations
