One of our clients is seeking a temporary Technical Support Specialist.
This is a full-time, temporary position where you you will earn up to $23 / hour, based on your experience. You work 100% onsite.
Some of your responsibilities as Technical Support Specialist include :
- Analyzing, researching and resolving hardware and software issues
- Documenting current processes and troubleshooting steps
- Working to improve efficiencies
- Assisting with transitioning employees from an onsite office setting to a remote environment
- Tearing down des equipment
- Performing equipment inventory checkouts
- Completing tier 1 desktop support work
- Performing Thin Client imaging
- Providing mobile device support
- Other duties as assigned
To qualify, you must have one to two (1-2) years of IT Service Desk experience, you will also be expected to have :
Windows operating systems
