Duties
- Conduct routine quality assurance tests on raw materials and finished products to ensure compliance with specifications.
- Implement and maintain quality control processes in accordance with HACCP, FDA regulations, and ISO 9001 standards.
- Perform quality audits to identify areas for improvement and ensure adherence to quality systems.
- Utilize precision measuring instruments to assess product dimensions and characteristics accurately.
- Document findings, prepare reports, and communicate results to relevant stakeholders.
- Collaborate with production teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions as necessary.
- Assist in the fabrication of test samples as required for various analyses.
Skills
- Strong understanding of quality assurance principles and practices, including QA/QC methodologies.
- Familiarity with HACCP guidelines and FDA regulations governing food safety and quality.
- Experience with quality systems management and conducting quality audits.
- Proficiency in using precision measuring instruments for accurate assessments.
