S&S Property Management Company is looking to hire a Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at the Cypress Creek Townhomes in Goodlettsville, TN.
The successful candidate will have extensive experience in HVAC with a proven track record in HVAC installation, repair, and replacement in a residential community setting.

You have the following :
- At least 2 years of Maintenance Supervisor experience.
- At least 3 years of Multi-Family experience
- Valid Drivers License
- CPO, HVAC, and EPA Certification (preferred).
You must be Authorized to work in the US and you must have reliable transportation.
