Minimum Requirements
Real Estate Sales License
Basic knowledge of landlord tenant issues and conflict resolution
Knowledge of Fair Housing laws and guidelines
Excellent administrative, organizational and written/verbal communication skills
Use of own vehicle- Reliable, Licensed and Proof of Insurance required
