Wire Harness Builder

Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Builder to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in assembly and fabrication, with the ability to work with various tools and equipment. This role requires proficiency in reading schematics, soldering, and electrical wiring, as well as a commitment to quality and safety standards.

Duties

• Assemble components according to schematics and technical drawings.
• Solder connections and perform surface mount technology (SMT) assembly.
• Fabricate parts using machining techniques and tools such as calipers.
• Conduct inspections of assembled products to ensure compliance with IPC 610 standards.
• Troubleshoot and repair logic controllers as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace while adhering to safety protocols.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in assembly, fabrication, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of electrical wiring principles and practices.
• Familiarity with soldering techniques and surface mount technology.
• Ability to read and interpret schematics accurately.
• Experience with machining processes is a plus.
• Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
