Parts Sales Coordinator to join our team!
Job Summary
S&S the world leader in creating unique, exciting experiences for the global amusement community through innovative, high quality rides is seeking a Part Sales Coordinator who will be responsible for supporting our Customer Service team with part sales activities, from inquiries to invoicing, and supporting profitable growth for the company. This position will work under the direction of the Customer Service Manager and will help maintain excellent relationships with our customers.
Responsibilities
- Perform parts order entry duties in software system
- Prepare parts quotations utilizing company quoting software or price books while following company policies as to pricing, product application, terms, etc.
- Perform Warranty claim processing and resolution as required
- Maintain a timely and thorough responsiveness to achieve optimal customer satisfaction with minimal costs
- Provide technical and troubleshooting assistance for parts via verbal and written communications to customers and end users that vary widely in experience and knowledge
- Perform other administrative work and project tasks to support the overall goals of after-market support and company growth
- Respond to questions pertaining to specifications, pricing, availability, and application
- Maintain records, files, and sales documentation for parts sold and customer interactions
- Continually develop technical knowledge of product offering
- Other duties as assigned

Requirements
- High School Diploma required, B.S degree in Business Administration or related field or equivalent combination of education and work experience preferred
- Strong Microsoft Office skills
- Experience in customer service or sales preferred
- Excellent communication skills in-person and on the phone
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize workload with a high attention to detail
Salary : $21 - $24
