Job Overview:
As the Field Manager you play a large role in building relationships with our employees, contractors and customers. You have the responsibility of creating and developing company culture, quality control, efficiency, networking, and making sure our customers are fully satisfied.
Our primary services are Air Duct Cleaning, Drier Vent Cleaning, Window Cleaning, Gutter Cleaning, Soft Washing, Seasonal Lighting, and other services as deemed necessary
The Field Manager has responsibility and authority for all aspects of the daily operation of the business. Responsibilities include but are not limited to sales activities, staff management, job site over-site, quality of work, customer satisfaction, customer relations, residential and commercial estimates, profit margin, the ability to work collaboratively with various teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.
Bonus structure based on Revenue, Growth and Profitability
Position will be responsible for, including but not limited to:
- Overseeing Scheduling / managing & coordination of crews, jobs, and tasks
- Communicating and coordinating regularly with employees/ contractors/ customers
- Employee and Contractor retention and/or dismissal
- Create regular reports (KPIs) and attend meetings with the owner/ employees/ contractors
- Shop / Equipment / Vehicle / Supply Management
- Estimating / Upselling / Generating work and leads
- ROI / Profitability management
- Performing on site quality control and coordinating job completion
- Be an integral part in developing, implementing, enforcing company goals, policies and procedures that aid in revenue development and company profitability
- Maintain a positive work environment through company culture and team events
- Ensure technicians have the necessary resources and are accountable for their tools and equipment
- Schedule Approval and Time Management
- Self Motivated willing to work proficiently onsite, at the shop and remotely
- Valid CO Driver’s License / Exceptional Driving record
Qualifications:
- Educational Background: While a high school diploma is essential, a bachelor's degree in business management or a related field is advantageous. Practical experience in the window cleaning or similar service industry is crucial, we require at least 2-4 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Certifications: Certifications in any of our fields of services or in safety training and first aid are beneficial, ensuring adherence to industry regulations and promoting a safe working environment. Willing to become certified if not already.

- Leadership and Team Management: Proven ability to train, lead, motivate, and manage a team of technicians, ensuring high-quality service delivery and adherence to company standards.
- Operational Oversight: Experience in coordinating daily operations, including scheduling appointments, managing inventory, and maintaining equipment to ensure seamless service provision.
- Customer Service Excellence: Strong communication skills to interact effectively with clients, address inquiries, and resolve any issues, thereby ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering client loyalty.
- Financial Acumen: Ability to manage budgeting, invoicing, and financial reporting, contributing to the business's profitability and sustainable growth.
- Safety Compliance: In-depth knowledge of health and safety regulations related to window cleaning and our other services, ensuring all operations comply with industry standards to protect both employees and clients.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Aptitude for identifying operational challenges and implementing effective solutions to enhance efficiency and service quality.
Additional Considerations:
- Technological Proficiency: Familiarity with scheduling software, customer relationship management (CRM) systems, apple, numbers, google docs, and other relevant technologies to streamline operations and improve service delivery.
- Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules, client needs, and industry developments, ensuring the business remains competitive and responsive to market demands.
