Job Overview: As a seasoned Cybersecurity Architect, you will play a pivotal role in planning, designing, testing, implementing, and maintaining an organization’s computer and network security infrastructure within the customer. Your expertise is essential for safeguarding sensitive data, anticipating security risks, and ensuring compliance with regulations. This senior-level position requires a holistic understanding of both technology and business operations.
Responsibilities
Duties:
- Security Infrastructure Design:
- Develop a deep understanding of the organization’s technology and information systems.
- Design, build, and implement enterprise-class security systems.
- Align security strategy with overall business and technology objectives.
- Threat Mitigation and Risk Management:
- Identify and communicate current and emerging security threats.
- Create security architecture elements to mitigate risks.
- Perform vulnerability testing, risk analyses, and security assessments.
- Security Solutions and Compliance:
- Balance business requirements with information and cybersecurity needs.
- Evaluate existing and proposed security architectures.
- Ensure adherence to applicable regulations and standards.
- Collaboration and Communication:
- Collaborate with key stakeholders, including business executives and security team members.
- Communicate effectively to manage security initiatives.
- Supervise vulnerability assessments and risk analyses.
Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Information Security).
- Minimum of 9 years of experience in cybersecurity architecture.
- Proficiency in designing and implementing technical solutions for network security.
- Ability to think like both a malicious hacker and a business executive.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
