Role Overview

As the Business Operations Lead, you will play a critical role in supporting our CEO and driving key initiatives across sales, customer success, strategy, and business operations. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to the company’s growth and mission while working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

  • Sales Enablement : Support sales efforts by managing the sales pipeline, assisting with lead generation, and driving customer engagement strategies.
  • Customer Success : Enhance client experiences by streamlining onboarding processes, managing feedback loops, and ensuring client needs are met effectively.
  • Strategic Planning : Analyze business challenges, develop actionable insights, and contribute to strategic initiatives.
  • Operational Excellence : Identify and implement process improvements to optimize efficiency and scalability across business functions.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with the CEO and CTO to align technical capabilities with business objectives and ensure seamless execution of priorities.
  • Problem-Solving : Address diverse challenges with a sharp, analytical approach, ensuring timely and effective resolutions.

Required Qualifications

  • Demonstrated experience in business operations, sales, or customer success roles.
  • Familiarity with research or healthcare industries is required.
  • Understanding of SaaS tools, including their pricing models, user experience, and implementation.
  • Skills

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable strategies.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Highly adaptable and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
