Responsibilities
- Manage employee relations, including investigations and handling personnel matters
- Support talent acquisition efforts, including interviewing and recruiting
- Maintain extensive Excel spreadsheets and utilize Office 365 and Microsoft Teams
- Attend operations and safety meetings
- Be a positive, full-time presence, providing encouragement and support to employees
- Proven experience in employee relations (e.g., investigations, personnel issues)
- Talent acquisition and interviewing skills
- Stable work history
- Strong computer skills, especially in Excel for data management
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and show compassion
