Global Logistics Support Services, (GLSS), an S³, Inc. company, has an immediate opening for a Managing Site Supervisor to support on-going projects a NAS Oceana, VA.
Military experience is a plus.
Job Description:
Responsible for Task Order execution to PWS standard within awarded costs to deliver quality aviation maintenance support services. Serves as the primary point of contact for the customer and has full authority to execute contract requirements.
Duties:
Scheduling, reviewing, and validating time cards.
Resolving performance issues as well as task order management, performance, and quality of work, MTC/ETC staffing compliance, team member management;
CDRL submission; SOP/LOI implementation/enforcement, employee conduct, and customer coordination/satisfaction.
Responsibilities include meeting all requirements and furnishing all deliverables as outlined by the Task Order or Program
Manager, provides management and coordination of the contractor’s effort in support of the customer, and provides technical direction, leadership, supervision, training, mentoring of the GLSS workforce.
Experience:
Have an Associate's Degree or equivalent experience.
Ten (10) or more years’ experience managing Intermediate or Depot level aircraft maintenance operations.
Three (3) or more years’ experience managing and/or supervising aircraft jet engine and module repair operations.
Program and/or Project Management experience.
Aircraft Maintenance Quality Control experience.
Managing a workforce of 20 personnel providing Intermediate and/or Depot Level Fixed or Rotary Wing Aircraft Maintenance services.
Deliverable item development experience.
Managing workforce training.
Three (3) or more years’ experience managing aircraft jet engine and module maintenance operations.
