Position Type : Full-Time
Essential Functions : The Junior Financial Analyst will provide financial and / or accounting support to the Accounting / Finance Departments and other activities. Duties include :
- Assist with budget preparation and forecasting.
- Track performance to spend plans and budgets.
- Prepare billing and funding reports as needed.
- Reconcile contract costs for variance preparation.
- Prepare and monitor contract close out status and documentation.
- Prepare unbilled A / R reconciliation.
- Provide support with a variety of management activities, corporate initiatives, special projects, and data calls which could have significant impact on the organization and its business operations.
- Other duties as assigned or required.

Security Clearance :
Must be eligible to obtain a Secret clearance. Requirements to obtain a clearance include US Citizenship, security investigation, etc.
Education :
BS or BA in a Relevant Financial Discipline OR an AS or AA in a Relevant Financial Discipline with an additional 2 years of experience OR a HS Diploma with an additional 3 years of experience.
