We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Office Manager to Run Day to Day Operations for our Construction Business. Some of the Task will involve providing daily administrative support, bookkeeping, reporting, and organizational control. ( 80% of your time ). Also Help Construction Field Manager and Project Manager through all construction processes from the beginning to end. Responsible for assisting with assigned projects in all stages of the construction process, from project planning and delivery, completion and managing the project budget against the actual costs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Working directly with homeowners by keeping them informed on daily expectations and work
- Allocates resources for all construction projects
- Makes all timetables for projects
- Hires laborers and all construction office personnel progress
- Provide full responsibility for assigned contracts and project documents
- Provide full responsibility for billing and collecting client payments
- Provide full responsibility for reviewing and approving vendor and subcontractor invoicing
- Provide full responsibility for vendor and trade contacts, permits, agreements, and terms
- Coordinate ordering, purchases, scheduling, deliveries, and returns and exchanges for projects
- Provide primary professional responsibilities for CRM and related software applications
- Organize schedules according to the needs of each job
Qualifications:
- 1-3 years experience managing multiple project managers in a face-paced environment
- 1-3 years experience in the construction industry (pool construction preferred)
- 1-3 years experience with reading blueprints/plans
- 1-3 years experience in office management
- EXCELLENT customer service abilities
- Critical thinking and problem solving skills
- Experience in construction project management is a plus!
- Knowledge of office management techniques and tools
- Proven experience in people management
- Proven experience in strategic planning
- Outstanding customer service

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
