Role Overview
We are looking for a highly skilled sales professional with expertise in business development, deal-making, and client acquisition within the vehicle logistics industry. This role requires a strategic thinker and skilled negotiator who can develop and implement effective sales methodologies, leverage modern technology tools, and close high-value deals.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a growth-driven sales strategy to acquire and expand our client base across Southern states.
- Identify, target, and secure new customers in the vehicle logistics sector, including dealerships, fleet operators, auction houses, and financial institutions.
- Leverage CRM tools and sales automation software to track leads, streamline processes, and optimize conversions.
- Lead sales presentations and negotiations, effectively communicating the value of SaaS Logistic’s services.
- Build strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
- Use advanced sales methodologies to analyze market trends, competitor strategies, and customer needs to refine business development approaches.
- Work cross-functionally with operations and customer service teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Drive revenue growth by consistently exceeding sales and profitability targets.
Qualifications & Skills Required
✅ Proven track record of growing and scaling a vehicle logistics business.
✅ 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management in the vehicle transportation or logistics industry.
✅ Based in Georgia and available for in-person client meetings when necessary.
✅ Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
✅ Exceptional sales acumen with strong negotiation and deal-making abilities.
✅ Excellent communication skills (written and spoken English) to engage with high-level clients.
✅ Proficiency in modern sales technology, including CRM software, data analytics tools, and sales automation platforms.
✅ Expertise in sales methodologies (e.g., SPIN Selling, Challenger Sales, Solution Selling).
✅ Strong presentation skills with the ability to deliver persuasive pitches.
✅ Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for driving revenue growth.
