Overview
As a Production and Event Management Intern, you support Production Managers and Senior Production Managers in achieving deliverables across multiple projects and workstreams. Working closely with the events and experiences team, you will assist in every aspect of event coordination, from logistics and vendor management to on-the-ground execution. You’ll also gain hands-on experience with production tasks, helping to manage print production, project timelines, and communication with internal teams, clients, and vendors.

Responsibilities
- Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of events including tradeshows, community events and fundraisers.
- Provide general administrative support to the events and experiences team, including organizing documents, updating spreadsheets, tracking budgets and managing event files.
- Participate in event setup, teardown, and provide hands-on support during events on behalf of clients.
- Create estimates, timelines, and purchase orders for production jobs.
- Collaborate with internal creative teams to concept event spaces and in-store marketing tactics.
- Ensure seamless communication between vendors, internal teams, and clients to track progress and ensure milestones are met on time.
- Pursuing a degree, certification program or equivalent work experience.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work well both independently and in a team environment.
- Detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset.
- An open-minded, flexible individual who thrives in a dynamic, ever-changing environment.
- Adaptable to changing priorities and tasks.
- Experience in DIY projects, crafting, or hands-on creation is a plus!
- Ability to lift 25 lbs.
