Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Healthcare Recruiter to lead our recruitment efforts and drive our talent strategy. This role will be responsible for developing and executing innovative hiring strategies to attract, hire, and retain top talent, with a strong focus on manager recruitment and overseeing the facilities' day-to-day recruitment operations. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of talent acquisition best practices, employer branding, and workforce planning within the healthcare or nursing home industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy aligned with business goals.
- Lead and mentor the talent acquisition team to ensure efficient hiring processes and exceptional candidate experiences.
- Partner with senior leadership, facility administrators, and department heads to anticipate hiring needs and workforce planning.
- Oversee full-cycle recruitment, with a primary focus on hiring managers and key facility personnel to maintain operational excellence.
- Manage and oversee the daily recruitment activities across all nursing home facilities, ensuring hiring goals are met efficiently.
- Enhance employer branding efforts through social media, job fairs, networking events, and industry partnerships.
- Direct all culture related inititives for staff and management.
- Implement data-driven recruitment metrics to track hiring efficiency and effectiveness.
- Utilize technology, ATS systems, and AI-driven tools to optimize hiring processes.
- Ensure compliance with all hiring regulations, labor laws, and company policies.
- Foster relationships with universities, professional organizations, and other talent pipelines to attract top talent in the healthcare sector.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 2 years of progressive experience in talent acquisition, including leadership roles, preferably within healthcare or nursing home settings.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies, labor market trends, and HR best practices.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS), recruitment software, and HR analytics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to develop and execute employer branding initiatives.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
