Recruitment: finding and hiring qualified candidates for open positions. This includes creating job descriptions, searching for candidates, screening applications, and conducting interviews.

Performance Management: develop and implement performance policies and procedures, oversee 90-day review process, merit reviews, and annual reviews with Department Managers and the President of the Company.
Training and Development: designing and delivering training programs to help employees develop the skills they need to do their jobs.
Compliance: ensure that the Company adheres to the applicable labor laws, state and federal, i.e., EEO, ADA, FMLA, WC, Drug and Alcohol policies to make sure that policies are being followed consistently from one Department to the next.
Employer-employee relations: oversee disciplinary actions with the Department Managers to maintain a positive company culture.
Workplace Safety: assist the Safety Office with workplace injury reporting, handle workers’ compensation claims, maintain the OSHA 300 and 300A logs, attend safety meetings at the plant, assist with conducting facility inspections and addressing any safety concerns and addressing corrective actions.
