Who We Need
Our Executive Assistant will play a crucial role at Sabel by supporting our senior executives by managing their schedules, communications, and administrative tasks.
What You'll Do

Responsibilities:
- Support 2-4 senior leaders and executives at a time.
- Travel Arrangements: Organize travel itineraries, accommodations, and transportation.
- Documentation: Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
- Advanced Calendar Coordination: Manage complex schedules, ensuring seamless executive availability and prioritizing urgent tasks.
- Strategic Communication Management: Draft and review high-level correspondence, manage email inboxes, and act as a primary point of contact for stakeholders.
- Event Planning: Organize board meetings, executive retreats, and client engagements, including creating detailed agendas and logistics coordination.
- Project Support: Assist with executive-led projects, providing research, data analysis, and compiling reports for strategic decision-making.
- Gatekeeping: Filter communications to streamline information flow, ensuring the executive's time is focused on high-value activities.
- Confidentiality: Manage sensitive information like legal contracts, financial documents, and personnel matters with discretion.
- Budget Oversight: Track expenses, process reimbursements, and assist with budget planning for executive operations.
Your Qualifications
Required
- 4 years of experience
- Experience supporting up to 4 executives at a time
- Proficient with MS 365 applications
- Excellent organizational abilities
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask effectively
