POSITION SUMMARY :
The Director of Career Advancement and Development will oversees and manage the Manager 101 Training. You will develop and execute training for managers, develop team building materials as well as support employee engagement. In addition, you will manage the International nurse program. This position is an in-office position located in our Community Support and Development Office in Beachwood, Ohio.
Responsibilities :
Education / Qualifications :
Proven experience in career development, talent management, or employee training, preferably in a healthcare setting!
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills!
Ability to travel to various Saber locations!
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple programs and projects simultaneously!
