POSITION SUMMARY:
As Regional Vice President of Operations, you are responsible for carrying out your daily tasks and assigned duties while demonstrating the Community’s and Company’s principles, policies and procedures. You are expected to provide innovative, responsible results with the creation and implementation of new ideas and concepts that continually improve systems and processes to achieve superior results. The primary purpose of your job is to manage and ensure overall operations of communities assigned by 1) performing regulatory requirements 2) assuring adherence to Community policy and procedure 3) assuring financial goals are established and maintained through monitoring performance of key community management personnel 4) provides feedback, directions, resources, and develops staff to ensure successful outcomes.
Education/Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent from a four-year college or university; or one to two years’ related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Must have an active Administrator’s License in the state of North Carolina.
- Must be willing to travel when necessary.
- Must possess the ability to read financial statements, plan, and prepare budgets by integrating company strategic goals.
- Must possess the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Must be able to prioritize, organize and delegate assignments.
- Must be knowledgeable of laws, regulations and guidelines pertaining to long-term care administration is required.
- Must be able to respond to emergency situations involving the safety of other employees, etc.
Experience:
- Must have multi-facility leadership experience in a skilled nursing setting.
