The facility is now under new management and is seeking dedicated individuals to help grow an established community. This Licensed Social Worker position is for our skilled nursing facility formerly named Colonial Park Care Center located in Harrisburg, PA,

Qualifications/ Responsibilities:
- Must possess, at a minimum, a bachelor’s degree in social work or a bachelor’s degree in a human services field including but not limited to sociology, special education, rehabilitation counseling, and psychology
- Must have, at a minimum, one (1) year supervised social work experience in a health care setting working directly with individuals
Shifts & Wages:
- Full-Time Opportunity Available
- Shift: Monday through Friday
- Sign-on Bonus: $5,000
