Job Description
The Business Office Manager is responsible for managing the billing and collection process of our community's revenue, ensuring compliance with current accounting principles, state and federal regulations, administrative policies, and procedures. Key responsibilities include recording census, cash, and revenue, counseling residents and responsible parties regarding financial responsibilities, and maintaining documentation of collection efforts.
Requirements
- High school graduate or equivalent required
- Ability to communicate effectively in English and follow verbal and written instructions
- Minimum two years of experience in a long-term care business office or related healthcare setting
- Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to work with supervisors, coworkers, support agencies, and community staff
Working Conditions
Full-time opportunity available, with shifts from 8:30am-5:00pm
