We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our office. Duties
- Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors and answering phone calls with excellent phone etiquette.
- Oversee office management tasks such as maintaining office supplies, equipment, and ensuring a clean and organized workspace.
- Handle administrative duties including filing documents, managing correspondence, and maintaining records.
- Assist in budgeting processes and monitor expenses to ensure adherence to financial plans.
- Process payroll and manage employee records with confidentiality and accuracy.
- Communicate effectively with team members and external partners to facilitate smooth operations.
- Implement office policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements as needed.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in office management or administrative roles.
- Proficiency in using phone systems and other office equipment.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Familiarity with budgeting processes and payroll systems is a plus.
