Saber Healthcare Group is seeking a highly motivated Business Operations Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the business office team in achieving our goals. This includes recording census, cash, and revenue, as well as counseling residents and responsible parties regarding their financial responsibilities.
A minimum of two years' experience in a long-term care business office or related healthcare setting is required, with a high school diploma or equivalent. An associate's degree or higher is preferred. You will possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to follow instructions accurately.
You will work closely with our administrative team to ensure that all financial transactions are accurate and up-to-date. You will also provide exceptional customer service to our residents and responsible parties, addressing any concerns they may have regarding their financial responsibilities.
