Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Business Office Manager to join our team at Saber Healthcare Group. As a Business Office Manager, you will be responsible for managing the financial operations of our business office, including but not limited to, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and benefits administration. You will work closely with our finance team to ensure accuracy and timeliness of financial transactions. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining records, preparing reports, and analyzing financial data to inform business decisions. You will also provide guidance and support to our staff on matters related to financial management and policies.
Responsibilities: * Manage daily financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and benefits administration * Collaborate with finance team to ensure accuracy and timeliness of financial transactions * Maintain accurate and complete records of financial transactions * Prepare financial reports and analyze data to inform business decisions * Provide guidance and support to staff on financial management and policies * Work closely with Administrator to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
Requirements: To succeed in this role, you must have a strong background in finance, accounting, or a related field. You should possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as effective communication and interpersonal skills. A minimum of two years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a long-term care or healthcare setting, is required. A bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field is preferred.
