The Hospital/Community Liaison is responsible for managing referrals and business development for their facility accounts and community area. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to those listed below. Maintaining excellent customer service to achieve Sabers’ business objectives is our goal. Position Success will be measured by referral volume, relationship development, census targets, and census trends.
Qualifications And Responsibilities
- Responsible for community awareness of facility and services, by establishing relationships with community groups, centers, religious affiliations, etc.
- Must be able to travel to and work from Autumn Care of Raeford and Autumn Care of Fayetteville.
- MUST HAVE experience in skilled nursing facility admission/ marketing and referral assessments.
- Have the ability to work in a fast paced environment, have excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Have clinical knowledge and be able to read referrals, assess patient needs and assist in making clinical acceptance decisions for our communities.
- Work to grow market share by increasing conversions from hospitals to our communities.
- Provide onsite support at hospitals and assist potential clients with making their community of choice and assist case management with finding the appropriate skilled nursing community for their referrals.
- Minimum of two (2) years’ experience in a healthcare setting preferred, but not required
- Minimum of two (2) years college education in the field of healthcare administration, business management, and/or marketing or public relations preferred but not required
- Clinical background preferred but not required; RN, LPN, RT, SW, PT-OT-S
- Full-Time Opportunity Available
- Shift: Days
- Wages: $80,000-$90,000 annually (based on experience and qualifications)
