Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Marketing Director to lead and drive our marketing and branding initiatives for T&R Recovery Group, a behavioral health portfolio company. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of scaling companies, creating and executing strategic marketing plans, and achieving measurable results through a variety of marketing channels. This individual will work closely with our T&R leadership to foster brand engagement and lead a high-performing marketing team to advance our mission of improving lives through behavioral health services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Marketing Leadership:
- Develop, implement, and refine comprehensive marketing strategies to support the T&R Recovery Group portfolio growth and brand objectives.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to align marketing initiatives with organizational goals.
- Create and manage marketing budgets, ensuring optimal ROI on campaigns.
- Growth and Scalability:
- Drive efforts to scale the T&R Recovery Group portfolio presence in existing and new markets.
- Identify market trends, competitive analysis, and opportunities to position the T&R Recovery Group as a leader in behavioral health.
- Data-Driven Decision Making & Reporting:
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives.
- Utilize analytics to make informed decisions and optimize campaigns for maximum impact.
- Provide comprehensive marketing reporting utilizing CRM and CTM data.
- Multi-Channel Marketing:
- Oversee the design and execution of marketing campaigns across digital platforms, including email automation, social media, SEO/SEM, and content marketing.
- Innovate ways to increase client engagement and brand awareness.
- Manage and audit performance of SEO & PR/Branding external vendors.
- Collaboration and Integration:
- Work closely with the Outreach team to ensure alignment between marketing and sales strategies.
- Build relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners to enhance brand presence and outreach efforts.
- Team Leadership:
- Lead, mentor, and develop a dynamic marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and accountability.
- Provide guidance and vision for team members, ensuring alignment with T&R Recovery Group values and goals.
- Brand and Content Development:
- Strengthen brand positioning and ensure consistent messaging across all communication channels.
- Oversee the creation of compelling content that resonates with target audiences.
