High-End Showroom Sales Representative Needed!

Competitive Compensation : $30 - $36 per hour to start (depending on experience)

Consistent Schedule : Monday-Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM, with Saturday hours (9 AM - 1 PM)

during fall and winter.

Responsibilities for the Senior Sales Representative :

Present, promote, and sell high-end products using in-depth product knowledge and

strategic sales techniques.

Develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships, ensuring an exceptional showroom experience.

Achieve and exceed sales targets by providing tailored solutions for customers.

Coordinate sales efforts with team members and oversee multi-step projects with

subcontractors.

Follow up on assigned leads and identify new sales opportunities.

Maintain showroom housekeeping standards to exceed customer expectations.

Continuously improve through customer feedback and professional development.

Required Skills & Experience for the Senior Sales Representative position :

Sales Expertise : Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in high-end retail sales, business-to-business (B2B) sales, or durable goods sales.

Industry Knowledge : Experience selling commercial and residential building materials is highly desired.

Communication Skills : Ability to compose professional emails with correct spelling and grammar; strong verbal communication and negotiation skills.

Project Management : Capable of planning, coordinating, and executing multi-step projects, including cost-up pricing and profit margin calculations.

Technical Proficiency : Familiarity with MS Office, CRM software, and construction documents.

Self-Starter : Highly motivated with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals.

Adaptability : Ability to learn on the job and analyze a wide range of products to discuss them knowledgeably with customers.
