We are seeking a Staff Accountant for a Contract to Hire opportunity! Reporting directly to the Controller, the Staff Accountant will play a pivotal role in financial reporting, coordination of activities, resource management, and monthly billing and invoicing to support various projects.
Responsibilities for the Staff Accountant include :
- Collaborating with other staff members in developing proposals, budgets, and estimates for projects.
- Tracking and monitoring project schedules, deliverables, and milestones, ensuring that financial goals are met within specified timelines and budgets.
- Analyze financial data, communicate project status
- Coordinate invoice collection with the Accounting and Accounts Receivable departments.
