This role involves working closely with various departments to enhance operational efficiency, improve service delivery, and align IT processes with industry best practices.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth reviews and documentation of existing business processes, both human-driven and electronic.
- Optimize workflows to eliminate manual interventions and reduce cycle time.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, coordinate testing schedules, and manage risk.
- Manage the data cleansing process for pension system databases, ensuring data integrity and consistency throughout the implementation of new systems.
- Redesign workflows to eliminate manual interventions and improve efficiency.
- Oversee the procurement and implementation of new pension administration software systems, ensuring compatibility with existing infrastructure and modern APIs for real-time data sharing.
- Provide consistent, detailed reports to stakeholders, including weekly progress reports, risk and issue management reports, and performance dashboards.
Must Have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in pension or retirement-related software development projects.
- Proficiency in business analysis methods and tools such as Power BI, SQL, and Microsoft Office.
- Experience with Agile Scrum methodologies.
- Ability to work closely with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with cloud platforms like AWS and Azure is a plus.
Nice to Have:
- IIBA Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP or CCBA) preferred.
- Knowledge of pension administration and financial-related data, including benefit calculations, payroll deductions, and investment-related data.
- Experience in system integrations, data management, and regulatory compliance within pension or retirement systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paces environment.
