- Prepare Laptops for Deployment to users
- Installs, configures, and troubleshoots laptop computers
- Packaging and Shipment of equipment
- Inventory available equipment

- Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree or in Management Information Systems/Computer Information Systems/Computer Science or a similar degree, graduating August 2025 or later.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Mac OS.
- Knowledge of MS Office 365
- Support for Mac OS and Windows peripheral hardware (printers, monitors, keyboards)
- Knowledge of Android or iOS mobile devices
- Basic network (WAN, LAN, and wireless) troubleshooting
- Active Directory
- Microsoft Teams Room System troubleshooting experience
- ServiceNow Experience for logging and updating tickets and requests
- In Person Face to Face Support Experience
