What are the responsibilities and job description for the Accounts Services Assistant position at SABRE Financial Services?
The main responsibility of the Account Services Assistant is to assist SABRE Financial Services’ support staff and SABRE's Wealth Management department in day-to-day tasks.
The Account Services Assistant will help the Wealth Management team with model portfolio administration, data entry and document preparation, query reports, trade notes and consolidation, ETF & Stock analysis, and paperwork and document submission.
Intern will have the opportunity to learn and get trained on the following systems.
- Riskalyze
- Ycharts
- Orion
- Morningstar
Responsibilities:
· Model portfolio maintenance
· Account and trade system maintenance
· Open new investment accounts: draft account applications and required paperwork/forms for client signatures; ensure all documentation is returned/completed/approved
· Process client requests (wires/checks/journals/etc.)
· Use Outlook, Salesforce, custodian websites to obtain account info and execute requests
· Reconcile client activity/fund transfers/prior day’s activity to ensure accuracy
· Prepare client correspondence
· Work directly with company administrative and support staff to prepare, scan, and save documents.
Qualifications:
-Prefer a student in upper-level finance courses (Jr. yr )
- Knowledge of Microsoft office: Outlook, Excel, and Word
- Strong Organizational Skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Written and Oral communication proficiency
Ability to:
-Communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing
-Ability to track your progress on multiple simultaneous tasks and projects
-Understand and carry out oral and written directions
-Learn and apply new information and skills
-Plan and organize work to meet changing priorities and deadlines

Broker Dealer Approval Required
Complete background check conducted by broker dealer, prior to date of hire
