Junior Program Management Analyst (MBSE)

Sabre Systems is currently recruiting for a Junior Program Management Analyst (MBSE) to support the Systems Engineering Department (SED) at Patuxent River Naval Air Station in Lexington Park, MD. The program is providing systems engineering support of weapons systems on various platforms including technical research and development of technologies, analysis, and documentation as part of the acquisition of Aircraft, Weapon, and Integrated Systems and the evaluation of their technical performance, mission suitability and associated acquisition risks throughout the full acquisition process and lifecycle of a program.

The selected candidate will be responsible for not limited to:

• Analyzes program requirements, status, budget, and schedules. Performs program management, technical, or business case analyses.
• Participates as a member of and/or supports the specified Program and Integrated Product Teams (IPTs). Collects, completes, organizes, and interprets technical data and financial information relating to aircraft acquisition and product programs.
• Tracks program/project status and schedules. Applies policies and procedures for financial planning.
• Experience with MBSE practices. Develops system or mission level models, requirements, and architecture in conjunction with engineering team. Applies (hands-on) MBSE techniques to capture structure, behavior, requirements, interfaces, and parametric aspects of the mission and system both logical and physical. Applies knowledge of object-oriented programming principles.

Requirements:

• Education: Business, Management, or Technical AS or AA degree.
• Experience using MBSE Tools, such as Cameo System Modeler, Cameo Enterprise Architect, Teamwork Cloud, and Cameo Collaborator.
• Has taken a SysML modeling language course.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain an active DoD secret clearance
• Must be a US Citizen
