The People team is looking for a Team Member Support Specialist I who will report to the People Leader at headquarters in Southlake, TX.
Role and Responsibilities :
Monitors ticketing management system
Identify team member needs and inform team members on new and existing resources
Collaborate with team, build productive internal / external working relationships, and new Hire On-boarding / Orientation as a Workday HR Specialist
Provides administration support in review, preparation, signing, and retention of HR documentations for (including audits) :
Verification of employment
Contracts
Addendums
Certificates
Salary verifications
Team member documentation
Visa and immigration documentation
Employment authorization
Preferred Qualifications and Education Requirements :
Pursuing a college degree in Hospitality Management, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields (Graduation date of August 2025 or beyond)
1-2 years of experience in general hospitality
Able to problem solve with minimum guidance
Multi-tasking abilities
Proficient in Microsoft Suite
Preferred knowledge about Customer Relationship Management systems (i.e. Workday, Salesforce, Greenhouse)
Experience using a ticketing tool
Bilingual in Spanish
