About the job Electrical Engineer PE
We are looking for an Electrical Engineer with a PE License! You need to have a background in commercial electrical design projects and be familiar with electrical codes and navigating / communicating with building code enforcement officials. Consulting engineering background is a plus. You will be responsible for all electrical project design throughout the firm. There are also opportunities to move into management or into sales / marketing if interested.
Responsibilities include :
- Designing, maintaining, implementing, or improving electrical instruments, facilities, components, equipment products, or systems for industrial and commercial purposes.
- Performing a wide range of engineering tasks by operating computer-assisted design or engineering software and equipment.
- Conferring with customers, engineers, and others to discuss existing or potential engineering products or projects.
- Ensuring that installation and operations conform to standards and customer requirements by preparing electrical systems specifications, technical drawings, or topographical maps.
