Position Overview

What You’ll Do:
- Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing breathtaking events
- Work directly with vendors, clients, and our team to ensure seamless experiences
- Help with event setup, décor installation, and styling
- Keep everything on track and handle any unexpected challenges with ease
- Deliver exceptional customer service and create wow-worthy moments

- Experience in event planning, hospitality, or design (a plus, but not required!)

Key Responsibilities
- Meet with clients to understand their vision, goals, and budget
- Develop detailed event proposals, timelines, and checklists
- Coordinate all event logistics, including venue selection, catering, and entertainment
- Design and execute event themes, layouts, and décor setups
- Ensure all elements align with the client’s vision
- Conduct venue walkthroughs and final coordination meetings before events
- Supervise event setup, execution, and breakdown
- Maintain clear communication with clients, updating them on progress and any changes
- Troubleshoot issues in real-time and make quick decisions under pressure
- Collaborate with event staff, volunteers, and vendors on-site
- Ensure guest experience is seamless and enjoyable
- Oversee event breakdown and ensure all rentals are returned
Qualifications & Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Passion for event planning and design is a plus!
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $12.00 - $14.00 per hour
Compensation Package:
- 1099 contract

- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
