What are the responsibilities and job description for the Barback position at Sacconnesset Golf Club?
As a Barback at Sacconnesset Golf Club, you get to learn the ropes while supporting the Bartenders as they prepare and serve delicious alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
Here's what the job will entail:
- You'll do pre- and post-work shift duties, including inspecting, cleaning, stocking, and setting up the bar.
- You'll act as the right hand to the bartenders
- You'll ensure the bar is fully stocked through your shift
- You'll ensure there is always ample glassware & mixes available
- You'll make sure that customers get the best experience by reporting any complaints to managers and diligently following company policies.
REQUIREMENTS
- Previous barback experience an asset
- Previous experience in hospitality/guest service
- Must be of legal age to serve alcohol
- Must have experience with POS systems
- Hard-working and outgoing
- Must be comfortable standing on their feet for entire shift
- Must work well with others
- Organized and comfortable multitasking in a face paced environment
