- Conduct regular assessments of client needs and progress, adjusting care plans accordingly.
- Maintain accurate medical documentation and ensure familiarity with medical terminology relevant to client care.
- Provide training and development opportunities for staff, focusing on best practices in special education and behavioral health.
- Collaborate with families, healthcare providers, and community resources to enhance support services.

Requirements
- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities, particularly those with autism.
- Strong knowledge of patient care practices and behavioral health principles.
