The primary responsibility of the Account Executive, Ticket Sales is to build relationships with potential prospects to sell Season Ticket Memberships, Suites, Hospitality options and Group tickets for the both the Athletics and River Cats. Account Executives will have the opportunity to utilize the beautiful Sutter Health Park, when hosting prospects at games, VIP events, and tours.

Key Responsibility Areas:
- Builds relationships with prospective customers via outbound communication efforts and enhance those relationships through face to face and virtual appointments for the Athletics and River Cats.
- Utilizes technology to establish and develop relationships with potential customers.
- Responsible for meeting or exceeding individual and team performance and developmental goals.
- Actively participates in sales training and career development opportunities.
Qualifications:
- 4-year college degree in Business, Sports Management, or related field preferred.
- Dependability is key: consistently punctual and prepared for a fast-paced environment, executes instructions, and embraces coaching.
- High level of confidence, enthusiasm, and personal accountability.
- Excellent writing, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work games and events on nights/weekends.
Compensation:
The expected annual base salary for this role is $35,360 plus bonus and commissions. Final offers for this role will be made within the parameters of the salary range provided. Years of experience, skills, and other factors such as location are considered when determining the salary offered. Total compensation & offer package will include the following perks below.
