Certificates / Licenses: Valid Driver's License
We will provide CPR and First Aide training
- Skills / Abilities:
Part Time Day Shift - 7 am - 2 pm every other weekend
Full Time Day Shift - 8 am - 4 pm every other weekend
Will review wages in 90 days of service
Strong organizational, cleaning skills
Verbal and written communication skills. Excellent attendance record.
Ability to work with little supervision; Excellent problem resolution skills.
ability to tolerate walking, standing, stooping, bending and kneeling for at least 7 ½ hours or longer.
Ability to follow through on given assignments
Must possess a sincere interest and care for residents and their well being
Responsibilities:
- Maintain safe and organized storage of cleaning materials in compliance with OSHA and state regulatory standards. Keep laundry /housekeeping and linen areas on each floor clean and well organized. Maintain MSDS sheets as required by OSHA standards.
- Ensure the daily cleaning of all public restrooms and main lobby entrance / windows. Establish and maintain accurate documentation of cleaning assignments and their
- Participate in orientation and ongoing training programs of housekeeping staff in compliance with regulatory standards and requirements of Sacred Heart Senior Living.
- Ensure the highest standard of cleanliness for the entire community, notifying Administrator of resident failure to comply with Home Rules in regard to housekeeping standards.
- Maintain a positive attitude and perform all responsibilities in a professional manner at all times. Always lead by example.
- Develop a daily task plan in accordance with anticipated admissions or discharges.
- Perform other functions that may be assigned by Administrator or Designee.
