Sacred Oak Homes is looking for a dynamic Sales Representative to join our team and help lead sales for our new cabinet and millwork division, Heartwood Kitchens & Millwork (HKM). This is your opportunity to sell high-quality cabinetry solutions that are as functional as they are beautiful.

At Sacred Oak Homes, we specialize in thoughtfully crafted custom homes and high-end renovations. Our recent launch of HKM extends that legacy into artisan kitchen and bathroom cabinetry, custom built-ins, and reproduction millwork. Based in Stockbridge, MA, our team collaborates with homeowners, contractors, and design professionals to deliver timeless craftsmanship with modern execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Sell custom cabinetry and millwork solutions to homeowners, contractors, architects, and designers.
• Conduct on-site client meetings, take field measurements, and gather project requirements.
• Prepare accurate quotes using Wellborn estimating and ordering systems.
• Build and maintain relationships with trade professionals and general contractors
• Educate clients on product lines, including Wellborn, Samara, and HKM custom pieces
• Provide design input using 2020 Design or CAD (preferred but not required)
• Maintain detailed records of sales activity and report progress in weekly team meetings
• Collaborate with project managers and the shop manager to ensure timely and accurate execution
  
  

Qualifications

• Sales experience in residential construction, cabinetry, or millwork
• Proficiency in 2020 Design or AutoCAD is a plus
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Self-starter who can generate new business and follow through independently
• Familiarity with estimating systems or willingness to learn Wellborn's proprietary tools
• Ability to travel to client sites within a 30-mile radius of Stockbridge, MA
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Friendly, professional, and detail-oriented approach
  
  

Compensation & Benefits

• Full time position with flexible hours.
• $40,000.00 base salary to start, plus commission with no cap on earnings. (On-Target Earnings structure to be shared during the process)
