Location : Bessemer, AL
Shift : Wednesday- Saturday 2PM to 1AM
What you will do :
- Manage and lead a team of hourly associates in a fast-paced warehouse team environment
- Ensure acceptable levels of performance in assigned business unit by meeting or exceeding productivity standards and cost control management
- Ensure exceptional customer service by meeting key performance indicators (order fill rate accuracy, unannounced inspections, inventory accuracy, etc.) for assigned area of responsibility.
- Achieve performance goals through KPI monitoring, promote LEAN principles, and process improvement
- Lead and maintain a clean, professional, and safe work environment. Meet or exceed SCLS corporate safety goals
- Effectively communicate goals, expectations, areas for improvement, and successes to associates
- Coach, train, and mentor associates allowing them the opportunity to grow and develop
- Conduct annual performance reviews
