The Employee frequently is required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; and climb or balance. This position involves both indoor and outdoor work environments, including walk-in refrigerators and freezers. The role requires moderate to heavy physical activity, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.

Event Setup and Breakdown:
- Arrange tables, chairs, linens, and other equipment per the event’s layout
- Set up decor, silverware, food stations, and drink stations as directed
- Disassemble and store all furniture, decor, and equipment following the event
- Ensure banquet areas, including public and service areas, are kept clean and orderly
- Remove trash and recyclables regularly, following event timelines
- Ensure cleanliness in guest-accessible areas
- Work with kitchen staff to transport food and beverages to event areas
- Refill water, coffee, and beverage stations as needed
- Assist servers in clearing tables and resetting them during events
- Store, clean, and maintain banquet equipment and report any issues or repairs needed
- Track and report on inventory items, such as linens, glassware, and other banquet materials
- Follow all safety guidelines, including proper handling of food and beverages
- Ensure that all pathways are free of hazards and report unsafe conditions
Qualifications
- Previous experience in hospitality, event setup, or a related role is preferred
- Ability to lift heavy items (up to 50 lbs.) and stand for long periods
- Flexibility with schedule, including availability on nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
